1/2 package Jello fat-free sugar-free chocolate pudding
2 cups skim milk (or dairy substitute like Rice Dream)
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp minute tapioca

Heat together over medium heat until thick.

Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff, then gently fold in.

Let cool.
