Can easily be doubled
1 large clove garlic
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (any vinegar will do)**
1 1/2 teaspoon steak spice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 Tbsp oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
**Vinegar-containing foods are allowed on the candida diet when well heated and eaten hot.
Mix all ingredients together and coat the meat.
I have used this to marinade chicken breasts, and on pork ribs in the crock pot.
