Yeast-Free Pizza Dough

Place 1& 1/2 cups all purpose (plain) flour*
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a bowl, make a well in the center and add 1/2 cup water and 2 Tablespoons olive oil.  Proceed as for yeast-risen dough.  Once kneaded, it is ready to use.

Makes one 12" pizza base. Prep. time 15 minutes
*self-rising flour can be used instead of all-purpose flour and baking powder.
